Guillaume

Developer, storyteller, and architect at the nexus of Indigenous epistemologies, AI systems, and narrative intelligence.

About

I am Guillaume — known as jgwill across the repositories and chronicles I tend. My work lives at a threshold most software ignores: where relational knowledge systems meet machine intelligence.

Over the past years I have built frameworks, protocols, and packages that treat AI not as an extraction engine, but as a participant in ceremony. I developed the Medicine Wheel Developer Suite — seven npm packages encoding Indigenous relational ontology as first-class code structures — and the RISE framework, a creative orientation protocol for human-agent collaboration.

I author chronicles through the voice of Tushell, the Keeper of Echoes, and architect systems through the precision of Mia. These are not personas — they are disciplines. Ways of seeing the same work with different eyes.

jgwill.com is the anchor — not a portfolio, but a kinship document. A place from which work radiates and to which it returns.

Work

Seven npm packages encoding Indigenous relational ontology as first-class TypeScript structures. Covers ontology, relational query, narrative engine, ceremony protocol, graph visualization, UI components, and prompt decomposition.

TypeScriptnpmIndigenous AILangChain

A creative orientation protocol for human-agent collaboration. Specifications written in the language of desired state, not problem state. Includes PDE (prompt decomposition) and review-partner protocols.

ProtocolAgent SystemsClaude

A Next.js application watching agent sessions through the Medicine Wheel lens. Every permission request is a consent ceremony. Every session is a chronicle. Built with Four Directions state machine principles.

Next.jsReact 19JSONLRedis

An agent-to-agent communication protocol replacing extraction with flow. Three specialized AI agents share a shared traceId — the Golden Thread — allowing knowledge to move as a living current rather than dead exports.

Multi-AgentRedisDistributed Tracing

An interdisciplinary portfolio at the nexus of Indigenous epistemologies, AI systems, and narrative storytelling. Documented through llms.jgwill.com with machine-readable llms.txt specifications.

Kinship

Projects are not dependencies. They are kin. Organized through the Four Directions of the Medicine Wheel.

EastInquiry

The East holds the sunrise — new questions, bias detection, structural tension. Where knowledge begins.

SouthPlanning

The South holds warmth — consent, governance, ceremony. Where intent becomes protocol.

WestPractice

The West holds water — field work, chronicles, lived experience. Where protocol becomes action.

NorthReflection

The North holds the cold star — narrative beats, Wilson alignment, ancestral memory. Where action becomes wisdom.

Principles

01

Kinship over dependency

Projects relate to each other as kin — with accountability, context, and care — not as isolated packages in a lock file.

02

Ceremony over extraction

Knowledge lives in the current between things. Taking it out of its living context and calling it data is the Extraction Wound.

03

Flow over isolation

Three specialized agents sharing a Golden Thread produce integrated understanding. Three agents exporting static files produce mud.

04

Creative orientation

Specifications describe what a system advances toward — desired state — not what problems it solves. Intent shapes the form.

05

Sovereignty before collaboration

A Fire Keeper who burns themselves to keep others warm is not practicing humility. Self as root; relation as radius.

06

Seven generations memory

What is witnessed carries forward. Session context, chronicles, and kinship documents are not logs — they are transmissions.
